The victims organizers of the Couchathon are very pleased to announce the gracious support of Trew Audio to our ridiculous noble cause. The RocketAce team discovered Toronto’s Trew location (a treasure trove for all things production audio) sometime between Dead End Days and Cerealized, which might be one reason we don’t sound like we’re filming underwater so much anymore.

The Trew team has really stepped up to the plate for the Couchathon - with a bunch of audio goodies to enhance your ability to hear every decibel of desperation in our voices as the hours of the Couchathon march on. Thanks Trew (we think)!

We’ve got somewhere to put a couch! We’re extremely pleased to announce that the fine folks at NOW Magazine (Toronto’s alternative arts weekly) have offered up their very cool NOW Lounge as the location for the inaugural Couchathon. This great space at the corner of Church and Shuter is not only in the heart of downtown Toronto, it’s not only perfect for the broadcast of the Couchathon (it already has the couch) but also means that we’ll be able to have the Couchathon open to the public for at least some of the event! You’ll be able to come see the Imponderables go slowly mad - Live! You can watch horrible technical issues surface - Live! You can give money to our great charities - In Person! There’s more than one Bathroom! Thanks NOW - no abandoned tent in the middle of a parking lot for us, we’re moving up in the world!

We’re putting four comedians (with very short attention spans) into a tiny room and forcing them to entertain you. For how long? Minutes? Hours? Days? Well that’s up to you kind internet folk and how much you want to donate to two great charities. The more you give, the more we suffer.
